Toll Free Support Line

Our Sentry Service and Support Specialists are available to answer your questions via our Toll Free line or by email. They help Sentry dealers with installation, troubleshooting and configuration questions relating to cameras, DVRs, communications and networking.

Sentry Quick Support

Sentry Quick Support is an application that allows Sentry dealers to request assistance for remote desktop control for setup and/or troubleshooting from a Sentry Service and Support Technician.

Monitored by maXia™ is an autonomous system health monitoring service connected and managed by Sentry Security Systems Inc. Technical Services division. With remote diagnostics and repair capabilities, our technical engineers act as first responders for your deployments of video recording server and workstation systems, reducing and often alleviating all together, the need for costly and untimely onsite service and support.

All Sentry products carry a minimum one year warranty for parts and labor with extended warranties (up to 5 years) available and all maXia™ branded product have a 5 year warranty unless otherwise stated. For more information, please contact us at 1-866-736-8796.
