TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Sentry Security Systems Inc. is a fast growing manufacturer and distributor of digital video surveillance and access control systems. The Technical Support Representative will be part of a team responsible for assisting Sentry dealers by phone and email with the configuration and use of our Digital Video Security and Access Control products, and helping them solve related technical issues. In addition, some assembly of PC-based hardware is required.

If you enjoy talking with customers, have an aptitude for PC technology and want to learn new things, this entry level role will give you the opportunity to earn an excellent income in a dynamic environment. Requirements:

  • Excellent written English and communications skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc…)
  • A proficiency in understanding and learning about PC technology
  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • You are patient and have the ability to provide accurate information with a focus on customer service.

    Assets:

  • Customer service experience
  • PC assembly experience
  • knowledge of computer networking
